“I started the Signature Life Program last summer. I had some expectations as to what I would get from it, but I can honestly say that I wasn’t prepared for the life changing things it did for me in my life.
In one of the first modules, Megan asks us to write down a few things that we love about our body. I remember thinking, “that will be easy!” but I remember staring at my blank paper for a long time and had tears running down my face. I wanted to just be honest with myself and I had an incredibly hard time coming up with anything. Once the program is done, you have access for life to the online modules. After a few months, I sat down and started to do the first module again.
